Dr. Guadarrama has experience working with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, and adjustment/life changes with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Through a strength-based approach, Dr. Guadarrama actively supports others during their healing journeys. Dr. Guadarrama utilizes a culturally sensitive integrative model that incorporates cognitive behavioral theory, acceptance commitment theory, and motivational interviewing into a cohesive interpersonal process framework that centers on a therapeutic alliance.
Dr. Karen E. Godinez Gonzalez grew up in Santa Ana, CA after emigrating with her family from Jalisco, Mexico. Dr. Godinez Gonzalez earned a B.A. in sociology and psychology from the University of California, Irvine, and a M.S. in counseling psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

As a Spanish-English bilingual clinician, Dr. Godinez Gonzalez is dedicated to providing culturally and linguistic responsive clinical services. Dr. Godinez Gonzalez is passionate about incorporating collective healing in her work and strongly committed to challenging oppressive systems impacting clients’ holistic well-being.
Miriam Razo, received her bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of California Riverside. She is our office administrative assistant. She is in charge of customer service in both English and Spanish.
