Our trauma psychotherapy sessions are designed to help clients heal from the effects of trauma, such as PTSD, childhood abuse, and sexual assault. We use evidence-based treatments, such as EMDR and trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), to help clients process their trauma and develop coping skills to manage symptoms.
Our anxiety and depression psychotherapy based sessions are designed to help clients overcome behaviors. We use evidence-based treatments, such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy (CBT), to help clients identify triggers, develop coping skills, and gain stability.
Our grief and loss sessions help clients process the emotional pain of losing a loved one or experiencing other significant losses. We provide clients with a supportive and compassionate space to express their feelings and work through the grieving process.
Our cultural identity sessions help clients explore their cultural identity and its impact on their mental health and well-being. We help clients understand the ways in which their cultural background shapes their beliefs and values, and work with them to develop strategies to manage cultural stressors and build resilience.
Our LGBTQ+ affirming sessions are designed to provide a safe and supportive space for LGBTQ+ individuals to explore the unique challenges they face. We work with clients to address issues such as coming out, family and relationship dynamics, and discrimination, and provide them with the tools they need to build a fulfilling and authentic life.
Our parenting support sessions provide parents with the tools and strategies they need to navigate the challenges of raising children. We help children, teens and parents develop effective communication skills, set boundaries, and build healthy relationships with their children.
We help teens navigate through social, physical, and emotional struggles. We understand that as teens, there may be difficulty in areas of self discovery, amidst navigation through school, and at home. Our therapists are here to assist with teens who are looking for help in these areas of ambiguity and growth.
We appreciate and care deeply for all of our clients!
